Common questions

Can I try before I buy?

Yes — the Free plan is free forever. The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to install.

What happens if I exceed my storage limit?

Older backups are automatically pruned to keep you within your plan's storage cap. You'll see a warning in the app when you're approaching your limit.

Where is my data stored?

Backups are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage (US region by default). Pro plans additionally store backups in the EU region for dual-region redundancy.

Can I restore to a different store?

Yes. The cross-store restore feature lets you claim backups from a previous store using a private key, then restore them into your new store.

What if I cancel?

You can cancel any time from your Shopify subscription settings. Your data is retained for 48 hours after uninstall, then permanently deleted.
